Shammoth Beach joined Hospitality Merchandising in 2013, with a background in Logistics and IT Program Management from Hewlett Packard.  A Californian Native, Mr. Beach worked from the ground up at HM; learning the ends and out of OS&E purchasing in the Hospitality Industry, transitioning into OS&E and FF&E Project Management.  Before his latest role as President of HM, Shammoth contributed to multiple Purchasing Projects for both OS&E and FF&E.  His purchasing range spans Iconic Properties, from Emma Hotel - San Antonio TX, The Sands - Indian Wells CA, The Holler – Bentonville AR to 399 Congress Luxury Apartments – Boston, MA and Mina Group Restaurants.

Tom Sikes created Hospitality Merchandising in 1988 to assist clients with development and purchasing of Operating Supplies & Equipment.  He joined forces with Higgins Purchasing Group (HPG) to develop an OSE division.  Work included W Hotels and such iconic projects as the Grand Wailea Resort, the St. Regis Monarch Beach and The Montage, Laguna Beach.  He was instrumental in the creation of Boxport, which was a fresh, new form of hotel retailing.  In 2007, Mr. Sikes re-started Hospitality Merchandising, LCC with a focus on development of the total project concept.

Our services combine the fiscal responsibility of keeping the project within budget with the creative awareness of an artisan.  All purchases made on behalf of our Clients keep  the Client's vision of quality and concept intact as well as maintaining the Client's budget.
